Tue 10am  -  BodyBalance - A Flowing Fusion of Tai Chai & Piates - All in a     Standing Position - A chair can be used to help with balance.

Wed  10am  and  6.15pm - Mixed Ability Mat Pilates

Thurs 11.15am - Mixed Ability Mat Pilates

Thurs12.15pm    Chair Pilates

PRICES

1 Hall Class per week = £30 per calendar month ( cash or bank transfer)

 or £8.50 pay as you go (cash only)

Combination Membership - 1 hall class per week plus unlimited Live Zoom Classes & unlimited recorded classes & daily stretches = £42 per calendar month  ( perfect if you like to practice Pilates several times per week) 

Unlimited On Demand (Recorded) Classes Only to do at home at any time to suit you = £8 per calendar month  - a mixture of all of my classes are available on demand.
