So i will vary your workouts on the treadmill and bike and push you harder than you would yourself so you don't get chance to get bored !

Vibration Plate Training is a mixture of Strengthening, Stretching, Relaxation & Massage of the muscles, all of which is magnified by the speed of the vibrations. eg  10 Squats = 100 Squats on vibration plate.

The Unstable Surface Strengthens Core Muscles continuously through your workout.

Ideal for those with sciatica, low back pain,  piriformis syndrome,  nerve damage as it inhibits the pain receptors ( reduces your pain).
