Before I started Pilates, last February ,I was visiting a chiropractor at least once a month & had been for at least 2 years for chronic sciatica . Since last February , however I haven’t needed to visit the chiropractor once!
Not only has my health improved but also my self esteem.

Jo’s Pilates classes are excellent.
My regular attendance helps to alleviate my high stress levels because during Jo’s classes, with the combination of concentrating on breathing, core engagement with the exercises engages my mind.
Furthermore, Jo’s classes have improved my chronic lower back and shoulder stiffness. So, appointments with the chiropractor are now few and far between.
The presence of “Puddles”, Jo’s dog, whose calm. always brings a smile to my face
